Certain reduced prices are making their return to the Pathé Aubière before the arrival of the big films at the end of the year.

In this period of high inflation, this is good news for having fun at a lower cost. The Pathé cinemas in Clermont-Ferrand announce a drop in their prices since the release of Vaiana 2last Wednesday. While the Pathé Aubière priced a ticket at around 15 euros, the largest cinema in Auvergne rewarded the return of spectators to theaters in 2024.

2 euros less

Thus, the full price of Pathé Aubière goes from 14.90 euros to 12.90 euros. The student rate is also reduced to 8 euros. The return of audiences to theaters this year has pushed the cinema to revise its schedule downwards before the arrival of the end-of-year blockbusters.

Even though our cards and subscriptions are very successful, our unit price increases made our customers reactespecially those who have known the Ciné Dôme for 25 years.

Other reduced prices have also returned since Wednesday. Like a place for under-14s at 5 euros and a price for morning sessions at 8 euros. Moreover, this price encourages the public to come to the cinema in the morning rather than in the middle of the day.

This offer is very successful. Our customers are much more numerous on weekend mornings. We are always open Saturday and Sunday morning. We will also be there on Wednesdays from the Christmas holidays.

Also note that the supplements for IMAX and 4DX theaters are offered every Monday until January 5, 2025. Prices which therefore fall below the symbolic bar of 10 euros. And Pathé Aubière is not the only one to reduce the price of its tickets.

Ciné Jaude & Capitole under 10 euros

For the first time since the price increase, the Ciné Jaude and Capitole (owned by Pathé) also saw their prices drop. The normal price is now offered at 9.90 eurosthe senior rate at 7.90 euros and the student rate at 7 euros. Same prices as at Pathé Aubière for under 14s and morning rate.

Price reductions as highly anticipated films hit cinema screens. At the moment, spectators are coming in droves to see Moana 2. For families, other films will arrive in the coming weeks: Mufasa, Wicked, Never without my therapist, Sonic 3, Niko The Little Queen. And for adults, there will be Kraven the Hunter, Nosferatu or even The Lord of the Rings: War of the Rohirrim.

And that's only for the end of 2024. Because the Pathé Aubière (formerly Ciné Dôme) promises many surprises for 2025, which will celebrate 25 years of cinema with “entertainment and nostalgic programming throughout the year“.
