Three people were involved in this incident. The driver of the van, aged 42, escaped unhurt. Just like the 28-year-old driver of one of the two cars. In the other car, a 43-year-old woman was slightly injured and was taken to Nord Franche-Comté hospital.
8 firefighters
For the purposes of this intervention, eight firefighters, from the nearby Belfort-Sud emergency center, were mobilized. As well as a van and an ambulance.
The national police were also present on site. She specifies that the two damaged cars were stopped at a roundabout when the van, whose driver was perhaps distracted or arriving too fast, hit one of the two cars from behind which then collided with the second. It turned out that this same driver at fault had a faulty driving license. He was fined.
