In recent days, the magic of Christmas has taken over the various heritage sites in Vendée. Among the new features for 2024, the Logis de la Chabotterie will give visitors the opportunity to experience several Christmases in one, from December 13 to 15. The entire site will be decorated to immerse visitors in a magical atmosphere around different thematic villages: Vendée, the West Indies, Alsace, Provence and the world of the mountains. Each stopover will feature culinary specialties (fouées, gingerbread, roasted chestnuts, etc.), songs, puppets and even local dances. The highlight of the festivities: fireworks will be set off on Saturday and Sunday.

Finally, in the heart of the different rooms of the Logis, the thirty-five minute immersive show “Merry Christmas, uncle!” » will allow you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a Christmas Eve of yesteryear, from December 7 to January 5.

Mystery at the Abbey! Located in the south of Vendée, the Abbey of Nieul-sur-l'Autise is wearing Christmas colors for the first time. Finally, the magic of Christmas will also take place at Haras de la Vendée during the school holidays. For this 2024 edition, the show “Rêve à la gare” will amaze young and old, twice a day, around an equestrian tale about the adventures of a young girl from the 19th century.e century. And multiple performances by artists (balancing acts, acrobatics, magic or aerobatics on horseback, etc.).
