“All the locations of these exchange evenings illustrate a collaboration between players in the organic sector to produce on their territory,” explained Aurélie Marc, from the Group of Organic Farmers (GAB) of Côtes-d'Armor and the Maison de la bio 22, Wednesday November 27, 2024, at the Brasserie de Guerlédan.

That evening, around fifteen people, producers, farmers and consumers took part in this discussion led by Aurélie Marc. Objective: promote the organic sector.

The opportunity to highlight the virtuous circle set up in Guerlédan: “I give the residue from the brewing of cereals from the Guerlédan Brewery to my cows, explained Pierre Le Corre, organic dairy producer in the sector. The manure then amends the hop plants that I planted. » The cereals then harvested will be used by Nathalie Pichard, for brewing her beer.
