This position was expressed by Mr. Skerrit in a statement to the press following his meetings with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, Nasser Bourita.
“We welcome the dynamic and the growing international consensus, under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, in favor of the Moroccan Autonomy Plan and the sovereignty of the Kingdom over its Sahara,” underlined the Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominic.
During their meeting, MM. Bourita and Skerrit discussed the strengthening of bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Commonwealth of Dominica, as well as issues of common interest.
On this occasion, Mr. Skerrit also welcomed the consolidation of relations between the two countries and expressed his great appreciation for the vision of King Mohammed VI for united and active South-South cooperation.
At the end of their interviews, MM. Bourita and Skerrit signed a visa exemption agreement for official passports.
