Since 1is September, Bien Vivre officially resumed its functions within the Saint-Martin nursing home, “thanks to our residents”, indicate the officials. The association's aim is “to finance activities and offer more outings throughout the year”, specifies Jeanne Abraham, resident and president of the structure. Working alongside him are Léa Cazes Labbé, vice-president and facilitator of the nursing home; Aurélie Zappi, secretary and agent; Nelly Bardes, treasurer and assistant to hospital executives, but also Hélène Sorina, the director of the establishment and Brigitte Monbouchet, the president of the board of directors.
With residents and professionals, members are organizing their first Christmas market on Sunday 1is December, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., in the nursing home buildings. “In total, 21 exhibitors will be present, with decoration, food, wine, wooden objects, jewelry, books, cuddly toys, blankets, or even honey, eau-de- life, handbags…”, explain the organizers.
Pony ride and mulled wine
“Santa will be here all day. The children will be able to write to him and leave with a photo. But also draw and participate in various activities. » Without forgetting the pony rides which will be offered with the Lagrade club, in the park, from 2 to 4 p.m. (2 euros per ride).
The Livradaise choir will be there with its seasonal songs, from 3 p.m. “Fast food will be offered by the association. The traditional mulled wine will help you warm up,” confide those responsible for the day.
