Four chefs from the Nantes region – Mathieu Pérou (le Manoir de la régate), Éric Guérin (la Mare aux oiseaux), Sarah Mainguy (Vacarme et Freia), and Lucie Berthier Gembara (Sepia) – were rewarded this Monday evening 25 November, by the List classification, in the “new gastronomic destination award” category.
