Here at the Eau Folle distillery in Moutiers, we harvest the plants in the area, genépi, gentian etc, then left to ferment the water of life or we macerate the liqueurs in alcohol also made on site. Everything is artisanal ????

And the most original genepi in any case! The Smoked Génépi, unique creation from the Eau Folle distillery obtained the Bronze medal.
As for Terre A Boire, gentian aperitif, he got the Gold medal as well as the jury's Excellence Prize.
Its 2 products were awarded prizes during the international Alpine terroir competition which took place in Stans in Switzerland.
Furthermore, the Eau Folle distillery got the Gold medal for best producer of the 2024 edition.
Prizes which reward the know-how that Rudy and Lucas learned from their elders. To take advantage of it, go to the Eau Folle store, 10 avenue de la Libération in the center of Moutiers. You can also visit the distillery which is on the 1st floor.
