It is the accountants who stand at the top of the podium salary increases in 2024, with a record increase of +10.8% and a median salary of 55,110 euros. The tensions in the job market and the level of strategic importance of this profession explain this significant salary increase.

The survey also highlights a strong need for recruitment: 30,000 recruitments are expected by 2025. to meet a growing demand from companies facing a shortage of accountants » and “ cash flow control », an important issue in times of uncertainty.
Salaries in finance remain stable
Other lessons from the barometer for finance professions: “The observed salary evolution is close to that of the overall market “. Wages are indeed increasing by +3.7% for all statuses combined, and +4.5% for executives.
