A chalet in Paris like at the top of the slopes
From mid-November, the Chalet du Park makes its comeback, transforming the prestigious Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme into an Alpine refuge of timeless elegance. Designed like a high mountain chalet, this place can be privatized in the courtyard of the hotel recreates the warm atmosphere of snowy resorts with its wooden beams, parquet flooring, fir and holly branches and fireplace. On the plate side, star chef Jean-François Rouquette offers a must-have of mountain gastronomy: raclette, but in a high-end version. The culinary experience opens with appetizers such as pumpkin velouté/toast siphon, Swiss fennel sausage and cow's milk cheese from the Gilley Family in the Emmental Valley.

The chef has sourced the best high mountain cheese on the stalls of the MOF Marie Quatrehomme, sliced with wild garlic, smoked and natural, and a Saint-Niklaus cheese which breathes the mountain pastures, served directly with raclette since the smoking wheel. To accompany these meals, delicate artisanal beef and pork charcuterie from Maison Baud around the Lake Annecysalted and smoked the old-fashioned way with a fir tree. A little lightness? You will definitely enjoy a salad and a gentian before dessert, a parfait with gènepi and fir honey, crispy pine nut and kiwi, from pastry chef Narae Kim, who brings this dinner to a fresh close, like in skiing, but in the open. A festive winter at the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme
In addition to the Chalet du Park, the Paris hotel dresses up in its festive clothes to offer a series of events that celebrate winter. Christmas and New Year's Eve meals are orchestrated by chef Jean-François Rouquette and his team, with exclusive dinners on December 24 and 31. The Michelin-starred restaurant PUR' will also welcome guests for an exceptional New Year's Eve by candlelight, combining gastronomy and design in a brand new setting by Hugo Toro.
Lovers of brunch will not be left out with festive offerings on December 25 and January 1, perfect for prolonging the festive spirit. Finally, Narae Kim's pastry creations, including the Citrus Heart sweet potato Yule log, are available in limited edition, offering a delicate and refined finishing touch to any celebration.
