At 8:19 am, the start will be given from Cours Clemenceau. The flame will then cross the emblematic streets of our beautiful city. Imagine the scene: Rue Lafayette, Rue d’Elbeuf, Rue Marie-Duboccage, and many others, until reaching the Hôtel de Ville at 9:38 am. A journey of more than 9 kilometers that will make the heart of Rouen vibrate!
