He really messed up our hair this weekend, he's not about to leave: the wind will still blow a lotat the start of the week, in the North – Pas-de-Calais. Continuing from the last two days, the squalls will still be present in the territory Monday 25, Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 November, with peaks at 85 km/h on Wednesday, on the coast, but also in the lands of Pas-de-Calais. Elsewhere, including in the North, these peaks will reach 65 and 70 km/h. The weather update.
Gusts of between 70 and 85 km/h on Wednesday in Nord-Pas-de-Calais
It tires us, and yet we will still have to deal with the wind, at least until Wednesday evening. This Monday, it will blow from 25 to 55 km/h at its strongest, and up to 40 km/h in Lille, Arras, Lens. Sky-wise, the North will remain under a gray sky, but dry a priori, while Pas-de-Calais will oscillate between (small) showers and sunshine. Same story on Tuesday, except that clearings should this time reach the North. The wind will blow identically in both departments: from 25 km/h to approximately 45 km/h (55 km/h on the coast).
Wednesday will undoubtedly be the most unbearable day. The wind will intensify, with peaks of 50 km/h on average from the morning. These will reach high values in the afternoon: 85 km/h in Wissant, Boulogne-sur-Mer, Saint-Omer; 70 km/h in Béthune and in Flanders, 65 km/h for the cities of Lille, Béthune and Arras. The icing on the cake: rain for everyone, all day, this same day.
The lull is for Thursday. More wind, and the return of appreciable clearings, with temperatures falling slightly: 7 to 8°C in the afternoon. Same beautiful day on Friday, with the cold gaining ground, only 4 to 5°C in the area in the afternoon. For now, Météo France is announcing a beautiful weekend, the combo that so many love, sun and cold.
