The decision was made to offer a meal event one evening a week. Céline Bertrand has a diploma in catering, has worked with caterers and benefited from training in Italy in gourmet restaurants as part of an Erasmus program. She is currently a home chef, a cooking workshop leader for social centers and offers balanced meal boxes for Aurillac businesses.
