In the 4th constituency of Bouches-du-Rhône (1st, 2nd and 3rd arrondissements of Marseille as well as part of the 5th and 6th), the coordinator of France Insoumise, Manuel Bompard (NFP) was re-elected in the first round with 67.49% ahead of the RN candidate Aurélie Quinquis (15.09%) and the presidential camp candidate Malika Torchi (11.0%).

This is THE Marseille constituency favorable to the left. It is also the one that Jean-Luc Mélenchon chose in 2017 to run for a seat in the National Assembly. The rebellious leader easily won (59.9%) before ceding his inauguration in 2022 to one of his followers, Manuel Bompard, who became coordinator of France Insoumise. The latter flew through the election with more than 56% in the first round before winning the constituency against Najat Akodad (LREM) with 73.9% of the votes.

In the 1st round of the 2022 legislative elections, in this constituency, the participation rate was 38.83% then 37.59% in the 2nd round.
