Pierre Gentillet, a parachuted candidate from the National Rally, is in the lead in Saint-Amand-Montrond, where voting is taking place in the third constituency of Cher, with 40.53% of the votes cast (1,677 votes). They are followed by Loïc Kervran (Horizons) with 36.37% (1,505 votes), Emma Moreira (LFI/NFP) with 15.95% (660 votes), Bénédicte de Choulot (Les Républicains) with 4.88% (202 votes), Eric Lougnon (Reconquête) with 0.87% (36 votes), Eric Bellet (Lutte ouvrière) with 0.84% (35 votes) and Christa Chartier (Debout la France) with 0.53% (22 votes).

The RN, which won all the Saint-Amandois polling stations in the European elections, this time comes in first in six out of nine polls. The other three go to the outgoing MP.
Same trend across the canton of Saint-Amand-Montrond: 41.63% for Pierre Gentillet, 36.70% for Loïc Kervran and 15.08% for Emma Moreira.
Of the thirteen municipalities, ten place the RN in the lead, with even more than 50% in La Celle. Orcenais, the municipality where Loïc Kervran lives and is a municipal councilor, keeps the first place, as well as the neighboring municipality of Marçais and that of La Goutte.

Loïc Kervran (Horizons): 37.33% (1,133 votes); Thibaut de la Tocnaye (RN): 23.53% (714 votes); Aliénor Garcia-Bosch-de-Morales (LFI/Nupes): 18.65% (566 votes); Bénédicte de Choulot (LR): 10.05% (305 votes), Nathalie Marteel (reconquest): 4.35% (132 votes); Eric Bellet (LO): 2.08% (63 votes); Frédéric Dumay (DLF): 2.04% (62 votes); Karine Tissier (Animal Party): 1.98% (60 votes).
