The Ornaises voted this Sunday, June 30, 2024, to appoint their deputies. The results of the legislative elections for the second constituency of Orne (L’Aigle-Mortagne) have been released. Gérard Vienne, candidate of the National Rally, came first in the poll with 40.01% of the votes cast.

He is ahead of the outgoing MP Véronique Louwagie, elected Les Républicains in 2022, but who was running this time with the various right label. The latter obtained 32.95% of the votes. In third place, we find the candidate of the New Popular Front Guillaume Sacriste, with 16.77% of the votes cast (i.e. 11.31% of registered voters).
