The gigantic exhibition center at Porte de Versailles will be an essential venue for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Requisitioned for the occasion, renamed, then subdivided into three halls (Arena Paris Sud 1, 4, and 6) in order to accommodate several events at a time, the enclosure of the 15th arrondissement of Paris will be running at full speed.
Throughout the duration of the Olympic Games, the Arena Paris Sud 1 will host the volleyball tournament. In hall 4, table tennis will take place. Finally, hall 6 will be the scene of the group stage of the handball tournament, from July 27 to August 4, then weightlifting, from 7 to 11.
