The most anticipated clash of the Euro last 16 is on the menu for Monday. Belgium and its aging golden generation take on Kylian Mbappé’s France from 6pm in Düsseldorf.

Both teams earned their ticket for this knockout phase without convincing, finishing in 2nd place in their respective groups. What do they have in common? An attack completely lacking in efficiency, with only two goals scored in three matches for both France and Belgium.

But both the Red Devils and the Blues have the talent necessary to go far in this Euro. Unhappy so far with three canceled goals, Belgian gunner Romelu Lukaku will eventually unblock his account. Unless Blues star Kylian Mbappé finally gives his full potential after his broken nose.

The other round of 16 scheduled for Monday will pit the ambitious Portuguese against the Slovenian outsiders, from 9 p.m. in Frankfurt. Although beaten by Georgia on the last day of the group stage, Portugal is favorite against a team qualified among the best third places with only three points (three draws).
