According to Bleu Océan, the O'Bell'Endroit restaurant, open since 2018 in La Roche-sur-Yon, stands out for its inclusive and innovative approach. Five of its eight employees have Down syndrome, and the establishment adapts to offer them an optimal working environment.

Located in Vendée, it offers a classic service where tools such as color-coded order forms make task management easier. This initiative reflects a desire to create an environment where everyone can flourish professionally.

A model that combines inclusion and adaptation

In this restaurant with around thirty seats, each employee finds their place thanks to specific adjustments. The tasks are adapted to each person's abilities, with flexible hours and support designed to develop their autonomy. This approach takes place in a context where, although progress has been made, 64% of disabled people in France still find it difficult to change jobs.

O'Bell'Endroit illustrates the positive impact of these initiatives on employees, customers and the local community, while reinforcing the image of Vendée as an innovative department in terms of inclusion.
