The meatballs ended up in the trash following inspections by food inspectors. Val-d'Oise Departmental Directorate for Population Protection (Ddpp 95). Tuesday November 19, 2024, the latter carried out a major operation to control businesses in the centre commercial My Placein Sarcelles (Val-d'Oise), under the authority of the Val-d'Oise prefecture.

30 kg of food products destroyed

At the end of their inspection, the Val-d'Oise prefecture ordered the administrative closure of the Asian restaurant Food Asiaseveral offenses having been noted by the agents of the Ddpp 95 who carried out the destruction of 30 kg of food due to their storage at non-compliant temperatures.

The inspectors also pronounced three formal notices against establishments for non-compliance with hygiene, another for non-compliance with the origin of the products, a report having also been drawn up for offenses relating to materials in contact with foodstuffs.

Failure to display prices

The Val-d'Oise prefecture specifies that another administrative report was sent to a store for failure to display prices and that eight warnings, for failure to inform the consumer, were given.
