As of June 29, and for the 25th consecutive year, Orange joins forces with the Grande Boucle in order to connect the whole world to Tour de Francethen the Tour de France Femmes with Zwift from August 12.

From the start of the Tour de France from Florence in Italy (sic!), until its unprecedented arrival in Nice on July 21, Orange deploys a technical system adapted to the growing connectivity needs of the organizers of the Grande Boucle, the media and the public .

This year, the feat consists of interconnecting 12 double technical zones and integrating into the TV system at the finish sites. The connection capacity will be multiplied by 5 every day. 10 GB links will be deployed on all stages. These boosted speeds as well as the deployed mobile infrastructures (9 4G/5G relays would be left in service after the race) will allow us to share the best of the third world sporting event.

A few weeks later, from August 12 to 18, the Orange teams will also take on a new logistical and technical challenge with the first Grand Départ abroad of the Tour de France Femmes with Zwift, which will start from Rotterdam in the Netherlands before to reach France until arriving at Alpe d’Huez.
