THE 12 communes of the territory are concerned: Fay-de-Bretagne, Notre-Dame-des-LandesVigneux-de-Bretagne, HéricGrandchamp-des-Fontaines, Treillières, North-sur-ErdreCasson, Sucé-sur-Erdre, The Keys, Little Mars et Saint-Mars-du-Désert.
Ces fraudulent practices aim at owners and the tenantspromising considerable energy savings and fictitious financial aid. But these are deceptive practices, specifies the CCEG.

Scammers use aggressive sales methods, often by telephone or door-to-door, to convince consumers to commit to energy renovation work.
The scammers also claim to be “mandated by the town hall, the Community of Communes and its home renovation service, or recognized companies.” They use “fallacious arguments to sell often useless servicesof poor quality, or even non-existent.
THE victims of these scams often end up with high bills for work not carried out or ineffective, and struggle to obtain compensation. And these practices discredit true professionals in the sector.
Tips to avoid scams
