To recharge her batteries, Virginie Efira has been renting the same house for about ten years. She talks about it in an interview with “Marie Claire”.

Virginie Efira spoke about her haven of peace in an interview with “Marie Claire”. The Belgian actress, photographed with Niels Schneider this Thursday in Paris, confided that she had been renting “the same house in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés” for around ten years. “It’s a very old house like in my dreams, magically decorated, very old, with a big garden and jasmine on the facade,” she described.

“I spend a lot of time there every time. This house is a pretty objective dream, except for people who are obsessed with modernity. I love being there, inviting friends. I tried to convince my daughter and Niels to live there,” added the actress about this residence located in the 94, some forty minutes from Paris.

“In the summer, I also go to the south of France, near Apt, to see my mother,” she continued before talking about Italy: “I could go almost anywhere. Everything seems different to me once we cross the border. Even the noise of the families on the beach makes you feel like you’re in a movie. […] There’s also the fact that you’re eating in a very small place and it’s automatically delicious.”
