Once again, the brewing day of the departmental council challenge put the spotlight on pétanque schools, this Sunday afternoon in the bowling alleys of Rodez (33 participants) and Saint-Affrique (48 participants).
Eight “academies” out of the nine in the department were present and shared the thirty tickets at stake for the final scheduled for Sunday, December 1, at the René-Blanc bowling alley in Rodez. At the end of three games, the rankings were established according to the number of games won, the difference in total points won as well as points conceded and scored. This resulted in the list of doubles qualified for the final on Sunday, December 1, in Rodez:
