Bagelstein expansion in major Parisian stations

With an initial location at Gare Montparnasse, the brand is now present in 3 of the 5 major Parisian stations.

“We have great prospects for deployment in travel retail!

We have perfected several restaurant formats perfectly adapted to the constraints of location in stations and the specific expectations of a commuter clientele:
• a bagel & coffee shop offer all day long
• a reduced production and sales area nevertheless allowing significant volumes
• record time service thanks to our ready-to-go bagels
•digitalized restaurants to optimize management.

Our concept is on track for very high-speed development in travel retail!”

Thierry Viel – co-founder Bagelstein.
