Built on 250 square meters, the café which can be seen from afar from the avenue leading to it has a ground floor and a first floor. If some residents denounce the construction of this café in the middle of the roundabout, the municipality explains that the division of the private subdivision and the construction plan for the café were duly authorized by the local authorities. Permission to build the café on the ground floor was granted in 2019 under number 199.

Contacted by Le360the president of this commune, Jamal El Ouardi assured that the owner was in compliance with the laws in force until the day he decided to build a 1st floor to this large café.

Since then, a complaint has been filed by the authorities and the owner of the café has been notified to stop all work in progress. He has just been informed that the authorities will soon proceed with the demolition of this first floor.
