Mercato OM: a third Italian club on Pau Lopez?

After playing at AS Roma for two seasons, Pau Lopez is closer than ever to a return to Serie A. The OM goalkeeper is in the sights of Come and Monza this summer, which will probably see its goalkeeper, Di Gregorio, sign with Juventus. Genoa could also lose its goalkeeper, since Josep Martinez has been announced at Inter Milan. And to replace him, the club that recently recruited Strootman, Malinovskyi and Vitinha at OM would not be against welcoming a new Spanish goalkeeper. Better still, where the other teams offer a loan, Genoa could pull out a dry transfer. The fact remains that the player’s priority would be, still according to the Italian media, to play under the orders of Cesc Fabregas, now coach of Come, whom he met during his only selection with La Roja.

In Italy, Pau Lopez is presented as a goalkeeper who could also return to Spain this summer where clubs would be interested in his services. At OM, after three seasons where he was good the first part of his second season and the end of his third, he no longer seems to be popular. This was also the opinion of the participants in the end-of-season Phocéen gridiron which you can watch on video.
