The scene took place around 5:05 p.m. this Wednesday, June 26. A 13-year-old girl was hit by a vehicle on rue Jacqueline Auriol in Strasbourg, near the “Neuhof – Rodolphe Reuss” bus stop.

While fleeing, the driver overtook a bus before hitting the victim who was preparing to cross on the pedestrian crossing. According to testimonies, the passenger in the vehicle spoke to her before the driver drove off.

The girl, who was in shock, was taken to the pediatric emergency room. She is suffering from back pain, but her life is not in danger.

The national police are appealing for witnesses to find the driver. Neither the plate number nor the model of the vehicle could be found. It could be “from a large sedan to a dark gray SUV“, she specifies on X.
