The Bouffe ton centro gourmet event will be held on August 3, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., on Wellington Street North, in downtown Sherbrooke.

It was this Wednesday that the complete program for this gastronomic event was presented.

This year, the organization of the event will highlight Sherbrooke’s female chefs and owners.

In order to present all the programming that will be offered, the co-owner of the Baumann restaurant and spokesperson for Bouffe ton centro this year, Suzie Rainville, was in an interview with Laurie Dufresne in Looking forward to the return.

The spokesperson discussed the 2024 edition, but also the expected traffic, as well as the importance of the event for the city center and its merchants.
