Bordeaux has a new electro and immersive festival: here is the program

The first edition of this new electro music festival and immersive digital arts was to be held in April 2024 in Bordeaux. Canceled due to bad weather, the Displace Festival will finally take place on Friday June 28 and Saturday June 29, 2024 at Quai Deschamps.

In total, 3,000 people are expected at the two open-air evenings, which will allow the Bruit Rose Music collective to celebrate its sixth anniversary. Far from the idea of ​​a sleeping beauty, the collective wants to “show that Bordeaux is an innovative scene » by organizing events around electronic music.

Artistes local and international electro artists are invited to perform over the two days of the Displace Festival.

Friday June 28, from 4 p.m. to midnight, festival-goers will be able to enjoy by Noise Rose Music, Poggio and Avi. The next day, still from 4pm to midnight, it will be Maxime DB, Smooth Operator and Vivi.

A “theater of lights”

At the same time, several digital installations will transform Quai Deschamps into a “theater of lights”.

The first will be proposed by the Scale collective, distinguished guest of the first edition. This collaboration promises “a total and exclusive immersion through an exceptional work called Flux”.

Festival-goers will also discover an interactive installation by Christiophe Luez as well as the work “The Wings of Time” by Peyo Bagneres previously seen at the Musée d’Orsay.

Clothing stands second hand, tattoo or even food trucks for friendly meals will be present at the event venue.
