Florian Chabrolle joins the XI de la Rose!
Trained at Olympique de Marseille, then moved to AC Ajaccio. Having played several matches in Ligue 1 & Ligue 2, as well as one in the European Cup, the 26-year-old midfielder is signing up with the club for the 2024/2025 season!
What made you join the RC Pays de Grasse project?
When I had the coach and Massinissa Feknous (recruitment manager) on the phone, they convinced me by presenting the project and the club’s objectives. I also know that it is a family club, which pushes the players to be the best they can be.
What do you think of National 2 championship?
National 2 is a challenge for me. Experiencing a climb with the club is my personal challenge but also for the whole group!
What do you remember from your training at Olympique de Marseille?
I joined Olympique de Marseille very young, they taught me everything. At OM I was able to play my first professional matches.

After the Vélodrome, aren’t you afraid of facing the Paoute?
(Smile) Nothing scares me, I am a player who loves football and taking on all the challenges that are asked of me.
