The Arhome firm, interior designer, was commissioned to carry out the renovation project of the Cressensac-Sarrazac municipal grocery store. The operations director, N. Guillaume, met on the site, told us more.
How is the work going?
The town hall's technical teams dismantled the ceilings and demolished the walls of the garage for the extension. The water heater was neutralized and moved, with modification of the evacuation.
For electricity, what has been done?
The different circuits are in progress. The old circuits are neutralized. A complete overhaul of the electrical panel for power outlets, lighting, installation of electric heaters and power supply for the future municipal post office is underway.
For carpentry, where are you?
All carpentry operations are carried out with the removal and replacement of the garage door and the front door with new wooden joinery.
What remains to be achieved?
The installation of the ceiling framework, the installation of the insulation, the installation of the fireproof ceiling and the lime painting.
Have you decided on an opening date?
We are on schedule to complete the project. At the start of the new year, the municipal grocery store will be operational.
