As every year at the same time and for the third consecutive time, l’Association Be Art Be Animal founded by Anne Charlotte Delord (painter specializing in the representation of wildlife), is organizing a raffle in favor of the endowment fund of the zoo-refuge La Tanière in Nogent-le-Phaye near Chartres (Eure-et-Loir).
La Tanière had the honor, during its visit to France, of receiving Aurélien Brulé, better known worldwide under the name Chanee and founder of the Kalaweit association (which means “gibbon” in Indonesian) which works to safeguard these large primates and their habitat in Bornéo et Sumatra. This visit was an opportunity for him to discover the refuge but also to meet Jackie and Jimmy, our two representatives of the species.
Ten prizes to be won until July 7, 2024
Until July 7, 2024you can win ten lots one magnificent original canvas signed by Delord Artist specially created for the occasion. Baptized “His Majesty”, it is the fruit of memories of his last trip to a Masai Reserve in Kenya.
When in leaden silence he does you the honor of looking you in the eyes, then you suddenly feel like two creations of mother nature, one facing the other…
If you also want to come across ” her extraordinary eyes » as Patrick Violas, creator of La Tanière with his wife Francine, describes them, “and his hypnotic gaze” every day, try your luck today by connecting to this link or visit us for the duration of the operation at the refuge shop reception during opening hours.
The lucky winner of the first prize will receive their prize from the hands of our founders, the artist but also the members of the famous Bande à Fifi (Elodie Fontan, Philippe Lacheau, Tarek Boudali and Julien Arruti) who do us the immense honor to sponsor this edition and who are at the origin of the choice of the species represented on the canvas.
“€5 is a lot and it will help a lot of animals”
“We chose the lion because it is the King of animals, it is the leader, but also because it is an animal which represents laziness” admitted amused Philippe Lacheau joined by video by La Tanière with Julien Arruti then that they were filming when the painting was discovered. “We would really like that the public participates wholeheartedly in this raffle, it’s €5, not that expensive and above all it will help many, many animals”
Tarek Boudali, animal lover and very touched by the work carried out every day by the shelter teams to save the animals, added “This raffle is important so that La Tanière can continue to do its work, I thank you advance all the people who are going to participate.”
