What can I recommend you taste at “Casa”? To start with a cocktail, I recommend the serrano croquetas! They are to die for! Let’s continue with the fresh chili guacamole served with grilled garlic toast – a real delight! My favorite also goes to the Saint-Marcellin roasted with honey, accompanied by its delicious fresh bread.
As a main course, I highly recommend the Valencian paella. The manager prepares it using the true Valencian technique, and the result is there, it’s as if we were there! The Iberian Burger is the most hearty and delicious dish, with its buns with Basque sauce, its butcher-style steak and its Catalan tome. You tell me the news !
Finally a little sweet craving, I without hesitation recommend the chocolate cream with Espelette pepper, a bold choice but one that works! The French toast style brioche with homemade salted butter caramel and its scoop of vanilla ice cream – a deliciously delicious mixture of hot and cold, will delight even the most gourmands.
