The CSMOCA team is proud to show you the fruit of its work over the last few months: its brand new website!

MONTREAL, June 25, 2024 /CNW/ – The Food Trade Sectoral Labor Committee (CSMOCA) is launching its brand new website! New tree structure, new features and above all: representativeness of industry employees! In fact, the majority of our photos were taken during our models’ shift. This initiative will allow future food workers to recognize themselves through our interface. We wish, through the launch of the website, to promote the food professions as well as facilitate access to our various products and services.

As the food retail industry is constantly evolving, we wanted to offer a platform of tools that meets the needs of the sector. We have improved our navigation design to allow smooth circulation between our different sections. These offer tools aimed at both employees and managers. In this sense, note that our GRH box is now offered for free! This is a valuable tool to support merchants in the management of their human resources. Job seekers have not been forgotten! The section dedicated to our job descriptions lists the characteristics of jobs found in retail and warehouses, in order to help job seekers find the job that best suits their needs. professional aspirations.

A new search bar at the top of the platform now allows users to quickly obtain the information they are looking for. We have also implemented an FAQ page. It was designed to answer in one click the questions we have been asked most frequently in recent years. You will also find information regarding the work-based learning program (PAMT) and our subscriber service.
