From July 5 to 17, 2024, on the sidelines of the Maritime Festivals, the City and the metropolis are offering “Brest at the rendezvous”. Bringing together artists of all kinds, this artistic journey, from Pontaniou prison to the 2nd depot barracks, highlights unusual and mythical places in Brest. Two EESAB students will carry out their project in a public space.

The City of Brest (Finistère) organized a call for projects from the European School of Art of Brittany (EESAB). And they are two art students from 2e et 3e years that were selected for their proposal Persistent. We were particularly interested in invasive exotic plants and weeds, in weeds that can grow in urban spaces,” summarizes Arianne Mercier.
