This summer for the second edition, the Val 81 media library network is offering to bring reading outdoors. Organized in the municipalities of Val 81, the “EstiVAL Readings” are friendly and informal meetings, which put reading in the spotlight. The principle is simple: those who wish can share a text of their choice. Volunteer readers are asked to read, sing or even shout extracts from novels, press articles, a song, a poem… Whatever literary form it may be.

With the only rule, don’t be afraid to step out of the box! As for those who are not comfortable with reading aloud, they are invited to come and simply listen. Bring a deck chair and let yourself be taken into an original evening; a unique reading moment, under the stars. The next dates to note: Tuesday July 9 at 8:30 p.m. in front of the Saussenac town hall, Tuesday July 23 at 8:30 p.m. on the banks of the Tarn in Trébas, Tuesday August 6 in Valence in the garden of the media library, Tuesday August 27 at 8 p.m. h 30 in front of the town hall of Lacapelle-Pinet.
