The last festivals of the year on the South Landes Coast will take place from Friday November 22 to Sunday November 24, in Messanges. A time of reunion and sharing, around an attractive and delicious program, dedicated to all generations, with the unmissable pelota tournament, very popular with specialists, without forgetting the rides for children.

The handover of the keys to the city on the Place de la Laïcité, Friday 22 at 6:30 p.m., will open the festivities. The Waiteuteu Surf Club will offer an aperitif-tapas under the Hall, with music. At 9 p.m., the belote competition will bring together regulars and others (registrations at 8 p.m. at the Maison des associations).

Sports Saturday

Saturday will be dedicated to sport. The refreshment bar will open at 10 a.m. Offered by the Jam's, in the sports hall, small casino-themed games will await young people from 10:30 a.m. At the same time, the Messanges archers will invite you to discover archery in the parking lot. The hunters will take to the planchas to entertain the guests at midday, then an indoor mini-football tournament will be offered to fans (registration at midday, 8 euros per person, snack included). The Autumn Sun will await the bowlers from 2 p.m.

The scooter race, which always delights young people, will start at 4 p.m. on avenue des Deux-Ruisseaux. The Waiteuteu Sauvetage Côtier takes charge of the evening, from 6 p.m., on the theme “Baywatch”.

Sunday will see the final of the scooter races starting at 11:30 a.m., on Avenue du Centre, then the reception offered by the municipality will precede a traditional Henri de Navarre-style meal, in the Associations Hall ( 20 euros for adults, 10 euros for children, reservation required on November 18th, tickets sold at the postal agency in the morning, at the town hall in the afternoon).
