Welcome to the Dixmont bandstand with Georges Ribeille and to Mauvaises Herbes, restaurant, dining cellar, in Sens with Valérie and Stéphane.

Stéphane Majeune et Valérie Chazeau opened their “eating cellar”, Weeds, rue du Général de Gaulle in Sens 8 years ago: around twenty seats for home cooking, to be enjoyed in the dining room or on the terrace, with fresh, seasonal products. Recipes that take us out of everyday life, simple products, cooked with curiosity, and since the products come from the market, the menu is renewed every week, depending on arrivals.
A cave ? Yes, Stéphane’s past as a winemaker remains present, and this is also where your curiosity will be satisfied when tasting the selection of “natural” wines from Mauvaises Herbes.
