Nord – Pas-de-Calais: summer weather and almost 30°C before the rain returns

We’ve waited so long for it that we’ll have to take advantage of it quickly: the good weather is finally here. But unfortunately, that won’t last. here are the weather forecast for the weekfrom June 24 to 30, 2024, for the Nord and the Pas-de-Calais.

The mercury will touch 30°C

The generally clear sky this Sunday was a small foretaste of the weather over the next few days. From Monday, the clouds will become rarer and the temperatures will rise.

“The heat will return from the south and increase in intensity without falling to exceptional levels, until the middle of the week,” explained Guillaume Séchet, meteorologist interviewed by -.fr.

Between Monday and Wednesday, the mercury could rise to 28°C in certain towns in the Nord and Pas-de-Calais, and even approach 30°C locally.

Rain and falling temperatures mid-week

This summer weather will only last for a while since, from Thursday, the weather will become rainy again. Elsewhere in France, storms will even return. This does not yet seem to be the case in the region but the situation may still evolve.

One thing is certain: because of the rain, temperatures will drop significantly. The mercury will then be around 20°C at the end of the week.
It remains to be seen whether this less clement weather will last over time.
