According to witnesses, the driver was driving at high speed and in the wrong direction when he hit the old lady. The latter fell to the ground and her head received a violent blow. She lost consciousness and may suffer from head trauma.
The suspect was arrested and had to submit to a drug test which came back positive. He was not wearing a helmet or glove during the accident.
