Réseau Initiative Pyrénées held its General Assembly this Thursday, June 13 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tarbes and Hautes-Pyrénées. “Réseau Initiative Pyrénées is an association under the 1901 law, member of Réseau Initiative France, the leading associative financing network in France. For 6 years, it has been developing an original model of support for business creators by helping them to strengthen their equity, without increasing their debt, through an honorary loan, without interest or guarantee, accompanied by human support during the first years of their business, and this for free. This model has proven itself: since 2017, nearly 500 entrepreneurs have been able to receive financial support thanks to the €5 million in honorary loans mobilized for their benefit which enabled them to obtain €40 million in additional loans. Our community continues to grow and has a positive impact on the economic development of the Hautes Pyrénées through the creation of value. These figures are the result of collective action carried out by our volunteers, our partners and all of our members. They demonstrate the irreplaceable role we play as a player in the local economy. If we add that 90% of the companies that we help to be born or reborn are still in business after 3 years, we measure the relevance, effectiveness and usefulness of our action.” declared Chantal Robin-Carillo, president of Réseau Initiative Pyrénées.
