Saint-Paulien: A sixty-year-old victim of leaving the road
A road accident took place Monday evening around 8:30 p.m. on the RD 906 between Saint-Paulien and the artisanal zone of Nolhac. A driver wanted to retrieve an object that had fallen into her car when she lost control. The car ended up in a ditch. The impact with the shoulder was quite violent and the driver, aged 63, was hospitalized by the firefighters on Émile-Roux.
Siaugues-sainte-marie: An endurist falls and is injured
On Sunday, around 9:20 a.m., a 37-year-old endurist fell while driving on a difficult-to-access path near the place called “Les Barlandes” in the commune of Siaugues-Sainte-Marie. Its treatment required the intervention of 14 firefighters from the emergency centers of Siaugues, Langeac, Paulhaguet and Le Puy-en-Velay. Slightly injured, he was transported to the Émile-Roux hospital center in Le Puy.
La Chaise-Dieu: A car lies in the ditch
A motorist lost control of his car on Saturday around 5 p.m. He was traveling on the RD 499, between Les Rivets and La Pénide, in the town of Chaise-Dieu. He would have explained to the gendarmes that he had pulled over to the side of the road to avoid a vehicle coming in front, but his car ended up in the ditch, lying on its side. He was treated by firefighters and taken to Puy-en-Velay hospital.

Pont-Salomon: The car rolls over on the RN 88
An accident occurred Monday around 9:35 p.m. on the RN 88 near Pont-Salomon. A vehicle traveling in the direction Le Puy-en-Velay – Saint-Étienne, just before the Pont-Salomon viaduct, escaped the control of its young driver on the road made slippery by the rain. The car rolled over several times. The man behind the wheel, aged 25, was taken to the emergency room of Firminy hospital by firefighters. His hands were injured in particular by broken glass from the windows.

Le Puy-en-Velay: A young person in an accident on an electric scooter
A collision between an electric scooter and a car took place on Friday around 1:35 p.m. on Boulevard du Docteur-Chantemesse in Puy-en-Velay. The 24-year-old young man on a scooter apparently ran the red light. He then hit an Audi Q2 engaged in the intersection. Although the driver of the car was unhurt, the young man complained of back and head pain. He was transported by firefighters to the emergency room of Émile-Roux hospital in Puy-en-Velay.
Mazeyrat d'Allier: The start of the fire was linked to a cigarette
We mentioned, in our previous edition, the start of a fire on Monday morning in Mazeyrat-d'Allier in a house. According to the first elements of the gendarmerie investigation, the incident was linked to a poorly extinguished cigarette butt thrown in the trash by the occupant of the premises.
Saint-Pal-de-Mons: The employee is buried in the trench
Mid-morning Friday, municipal employees were tasked with digging a trench to divert a pipe from the wastewater network. One of them went down into the trench to guide his colleague who was operating the excavator. According to initial information, a landslide occurred and the municipal employee found himself buried in the earth up to his lower abdomen. Rescued immediately by his work colleague, he complained of leg pain. The firefighters took care of him and transported him to the Firminy hospital center.
