Thursday June 13 in the multipurpose room of the Saint-Jean Hospital took place the 38th ordinary general assembly of the Multi-rencontres du Rionet association in the presence of municipal elected officials and elected officials from neighboring municipalities, members and employees. Fifty people were present. The president of the association, Ms. Martineau, welcomes everyone present and comments on the progress of the general assembly.
The moral report is presented by Ms. Albert. The association is made up of 54 employees and 41 volunteers, 680 children and 210 adults are members, 250 people attend activities anonymously.
The activity report is reported by the various administrators and employees. This assessment is positive both at the level of services; childhood, early childhood and youth as well as in terms of activities.
The financial report is commented by Ms. Martineau. She underlines that there is a gradual recovery or even an increase although financial tensions are still present. The CAF granted an exceptional grant of €50,000 – animation of social life. The association closed the year 2023 with a positive result.
The social functioning report is presented by Ms. Martineau who presents the administrators. No resignation, one person is a candidate to join the council.
The auditor, Ms. Crouzal, did not note any anomaly. All votes were adopted unanimously.
An extraordinary meeting followed to modify the writing of the statutes. Amendment adopted unanimously.
