Beneficiaries and eligibility conditions
Pour 2024, the Christmas bonus is assigned automatically. The beneficiaries of the CAF (Family Allowance Fund), of the MSA (agricultural social mutuality) and France Work (formerly Pôle Emploi) are identified directly by these organizations to receive the bonus, without any additional steps.
Who can receive the bonus?
Recipients of the 2024 Christmas bonus include those who, in November or December, receive one of the following allowances:
Active solidarity income (RSA)
Basic RSA and activity bonusif the household resources do not exceed the amount of the basic RSA
Specific solidarity allowance (ASS)
ACCRE (Aid for business creation) for those who have benefited from ASS
Transitional solidarity bonus (PTS)
Retirement equivalent allowance (AER) or lump sum bonus for resumption of activity
Christmas bonus amounts
The amount of the premium varies depending on the family situation and the payment organization:

Single person without children : 152,45 €
Single person with a child : 205,81 €
Single person with two children : 232,49 €
Couple without children : 228,68 €
Couple with one child : 274,41 €
Couple with two children : €320.15 Per additional child over four: 60,98 €
Single-parent families receive a 35% increase, providing additional support for the holidays.
Amount paid by France Travail
For France Travail beneficiaries, the amount is set at 152,45 € for couples, with or without children, and for single people without children. From the fifth child, 21,34 € are allocated per additional child.
Christmas bonus payment date 2024
The payment of the Christmas bonus is planned for December 15, 2024. However, this date is indicative; the official decree specifying the final date is still awaited. Please note that the time it takes to receive it in your bank account may vary depending on your bank, adding a few days for certain transactions.
