The seminar for presidents, secretaries and treasurers of the departmental UNC (National Union of Combatants) was held on Saturday November 2 at the Guy-Gonnord room in Largeasse in the presence of Bernard Audusseau, departmental president of the UNC, Stéphanie Savarit, departmental director of the National Office for Combatants and Victims of War, deputy Jean-Marie Fiévet, senator Philippe Moullier and colonel Matthieu Depoire, deputy departmental military delegate.

After the opening of the session by President Audusseau followed by a minute of silence in tribute to the members who died during the year, Jean-Jacques Grolleau, the mayor, made a quick presentation of the municipality of Largeasse, highlighting the existence of the veterans association created in 1973 with Trayes.

During the debates, social action presented by Stéphanie Savarit was discussed and General Lafoix, present in the audience, questioned the parliamentarians on the UNC budgets which continue to be voted on. .
The audience then went to the War Memorial for the laying of wreaths and the presentation of the nuclear testing badge to Roland Lhommedé.
Around a hundred flag bearers accompanied the parade through the streets of the town with the participation of local musicians.
