In Parigné-sur-Braye, two injured and an EDF pole severed after a road accident

A car left the road on Friday November 8, 2024, in Parigné-sur-Braye (Mayenne). Two people were injured and an EDF pole severed.

A car left the road, Friday November 8, 2024, around 10:20 p.m., at a place called l'Aumône, on the RN12, in Parigné-sur-Braye (Mayenne). Two men, aged 39 and 27, were injured and taken to Mayenne hospital.

The RN12 cut

An EDF pole was severed in the accident. Power lines had fallen to the ground. Numerous emergency services went to the site, and the RN12 was cut in both directions.

Nine subscribers impacted

Enedis secured the line and the RN12 was reopened to traffic around midnight. Nine subscribers were then impacted by the accident on the EDF pole. According to the Enedis website, the situation had returned to normal on Saturday morning.
