We are looking for our future Restaurant Director for the Bar de La Meule located on Ile d'Yeu from March 2025! Your missions: Operational: Welcome customers according to reception principles and place them Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to comments Manage customer complaints and observations Demonstrate relational skills (knowledge) to retain customer loyalty Supervise the service and assist its team Mastery and application of hygiene, health (HACCP) and safety standards Be a force for proposals to improve and diversify the service while remaining within the standards of the Administrative & Financial Collection Achieve the objectives of the Department Management stock and supply as well as the cost of the point of sale Ensure complete and accurate invoicing and collection of all drinks and food according to established procedures Develop turnover in collaboration with the various departments of the establishment, plan the week and meet hotel guests to convince them to come and discover the restaurant Management Manage your team: planning according to the planned activity, management of overtime and recovery days and paid leave Carry out the recruitment of your team Set qualitative and quantitative objectives for your team and implement the means/tools necessary to achieve them Participate in the training of new employees, and the continuing training of others, by ensuring regular communication Experience of at least 3 years Leadership Strength of proposal Sense of initiative Ability to work efficiently Mastery of English Kindness Seeking excellence Organized Versatile
