Dakar, June 13 (APS) – Senegalese defender, Kalidou Koulibaly, hopes that the health center he is building in Ngano, his home village in the Matam region, through his Association “ Captain of the Heart” will be ready by the end of the year.
”The construction of the socio-medical center is underway. I hope that by the end of the calendar year it will be ready. Doing these actions is something that is close to my heart. I love doing his actions. I went to Diamaguene (a suburb of Dakar) to deliver school materials to the students. In Bafoussam, Ivory Coast, we set up a play area for children. All this to see the children smile,” said Kalidou Koulibaly in an interview with APS.
Regarding the creation of his association, Koulibaly indicated that “it’s something” that “came naturally” to him.
”I was doing operations where I helped a lot of people in Senegal, in Naples. These operations were not known. I liked to do it discreetly because I am a very discreet person. We decided to create this association in order to help people in Africa and all over the world, try to give them a smile and take actions that will allow them to change something in their lives,” he said. .
