It will be carried out on Tuesday November 19, 2024, between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., on the Gazechim industrial site. The alert sirens will sound and residents of four municipalities will receive the message from the FR-Alert device on their mobile phones: in Compans, Gressy, Mitry-Mory and Thieux. The mention “Exercise” will however be clearly specified in the SMS. The inhabitants of these four municipalities will therefore not have to change their habits. This test should make it possible to verify the proper functioning of the alert system, specifies the prefecture of Seine-et-Marne.
